Racing — one track, every AI method

The Racing courses live in the PhysiCar panel › Racing tab — labeling, training, and driving all run from the panel, no terminal needed. You will climb the ladder of AI methods on the same track:

  1. Line Tracing — rule-based: you write the rules (HSV color + steering), no training at all.
  2. Supervised Learning — you label photos, a CNN learns to imitate you.
  3. Reinforcement Learning — you design the reward, the model learns by trial and error in the simulator.

The two learning methods train the same network into one model store — you can pretrain with supervised learning and finetune with reinforcement, then drive with either result.

How a course page works

  • Run starts the course; the live view appears in the panel (and the app's MYAPP tab) while it runs.
  • The gear holds the course settings — speed, steering, camera angle, line color — saved per machine and applied live to a running course.
  • View Code opens the very script the Run button executes, with your current settings substituted — read it when you're curious, copy it when you want to go custom.
  • One job runs at a time, machine-wide; Stop works from any window.
