The AI tutor & vibe coding

The Agent tab of the PhysiCar panel is an action-capable AI tutor: it reads your files, runs commands, drives the robot, and writes code with you. No sign-in is needed for the Tutorials and System tabs; the tutor itself uses your account.

First conversation

  1. Open the panel's Agent › Chat tab.
  2. Ask something concrete: "Drive forward for 2 seconds, then show me the camera."
  3. The tutor calls tools — you'll see each call and its result inline — and reports back. That is tool calling, the core of every AI agent.

Vibe coding

Describe what you want; the tutor writes and runs the code:

  • "Make the robot honk when it sees a red light" — it writes the script, runs it, and tells you how to stop it.
  • Paste screenshots (up to 4) straight into the input when something looks wrong.
  • Stuck mid-course? Ask it to read the error — it sees your terminal output too.

The three badges (bottom of the panel)

  • MODEL — pick the AI model; prices show as cost multipliers (x1, x2, ...).
  • INSTRUCTIONS — your standing instructions (see Write instructions).
  • TOOLS — enable/disable what the tutor can do; a disabled tool is invisible to it.

Realtime (the second sub-tab) is the same conversation by live voice — completed voice turns appear in the chat thread.
